Terms of Use

The content on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes.

All website content and training materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal or internal organisational purposes. You may not reproduce, resell or commercially distribute them without permission.

Our training, coaching and consultancy services are provided according to the scope, fees and arrangements agreed with each client.

Results vary between individuals and organisations, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Unless otherwise agreed, cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before a booked session. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be treated as used.

Any terms stated in a proposal, invoice, checkout page or written agreement for a particular service take priority over these general terms.

Services may be delivered online or in person in Malaysia or other countries. Where mandatory local laws apply to an engagement, those laws will continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time.
